For the cake:
1,1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour, plus more for pan
2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. table salt
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature, plus more for pan
1 large egg, at room temperature
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup whole milk
For the streusel topping:
1,1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
3/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
